APOLLO - NUTRITION

Apollo is our bespoke nutrition programme which has helped countless individuals to change their mindset around food, learn new ways to find balance in their lives and make smarter food choices to help them reach their body composition goals.

As humans we all need food to survive, yet nutrition has somehow become very complex when it doesn’t have to be! We all know what it’s like to feel less than one hundred percent - not totally satisfied with how we look and feel or completely happy with how we perform on a functional and cognitive level. Most of us have then gone to the extremes of following the latest fad diet looking for quick changes and then wonder why the results never seem to last over the long term. This is where Apollo is here to help you break out of this vicious cycle so that you can build life-long healthy habits that produce long terms results!

Apollo is for you if:

-You are fed up of feeling unhappy in your own body and can’t face trying another fad diet only to end up back where you are now

-You find that certain foods hold you back so you end up being over-restrictive only to find yourself binge eating after a period of time

-You give up when you don’t see quick results and need help with changing your mindset to understand that significant changes to body composition take time and consistency

-You have an ‘all or nothing’ mindset and see nutrition as a binary: either you're on a diet or you're off it. If you slip up or have an "off" day, you feel like you've failed and abandon the work you’ve put in altogether.

-Your fed up or trying to go it alone, finding generic online nutrition programmes leaving you with no real support system which can make it feel isolating and harder to stick with.

-You are training really hard but are finding that you struggle to recover and have started to see a plateau in your performance. You may even find that you have very little energy despite getting more than enough sleep and have started to loose motivation.

What can you expect from working with us?

-An initial consultation to meet your coach, talk about your current lifestyle and challenges you face when it comes to nutrition. We will then establish what your goals are and begin to form a plan to help you reach those goals!

-A bespoke nutrition plan that is tailored to your specific individual needs including your current activity levels, your age, weight and height.

-Weekly check ins with your coach where you will be asked to answer a small number of questions about your week such as how you felt, your energy levels and anything you particularly struggled with. This is where you will also report any changes to the metrics agreed in your initial consultation such as weight, waist measurements, progress photos etc.

-Mindset coaching to help you shift away from any bad habits that could stall progress towards your goals

-Access to the community chat where you can connect with other like-minded people, share knowledge or even recipes!
